Course Payment

The National CHW Training Center accepts payment via personal check or credit card.

Please note: full refunds are only given before the third class session of a CHW certification class, or before the completion of the introduction module of a CHW instructor certification class.

No partial refunds are allowed.

For students who withdraw from the course after the refund deadline has passed, their registration will be rolled over into a future class session at no charge.

CHW certification courses cost $750 (please note price increase), and CHW instructor certification courses cost $1200 (please note price increase). Three-part installment plans are available for certification courses. With the installment plan, the first payment is due with registration, the second payment is due at the course mid-point, and the final payment is due upon completion.

The cost of CEU courses varies by credit hour. Installment plans are not available for CEU courses. Refunds are only available before the course begins.

To make a payment for a course via check, please make a check payable to: Center for Community Health Development, Texas A&M University School of Public Health. Include 206006-29000 in the reference line. Mail the check to The Center for Community Health Development, Attn: Katy Nimmons, 1266 TAMU, College Station, TX 77843.
